Orders are processed within 3β5 business days after your claim is confirmed and payment is completed.
We ship from multiple locations:
Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items β U.S. Warehouse:
Estimated delivery: 5β7 business days
Dropship Items β International Warehouse:
Estimated delivery: 7β14 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please monitor your package using the carrier's tracking site.
Holiday Shipping Note:
During holiday seasons or carrier delays, shipping may take longer. If you need an item by a specific date, please order early or choose Ready-to-Ship items.

π Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible items within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Not washed, altered, damaged, or missing parts
Non-returnable items include:
Jewelry and accessories
Beauty products & cosmetics
Bodysuits, lingerie, and swimsuits
Final Sale items, $5 Friday Deals, Grab Bags
Live sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Do not return items without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
π Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
We do not offer Freight-To-Collect service. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit as needed.
β Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Orders marked βPackagedβ or βIn Transitβ cannot be canceled
A 10% cancellation fee applies to orders canceled after packaging begins
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

2. Weβll send you the return instructions and warehouse address
3. Package your item and ship it via your preferred carrier
4. Email us the tracking number and receipt
5. Once received and inspected, weβll issue your refund, credit, or exchange
6. A confirmation email will be sent to you

We fulfill orders from both U.S. and international warehouses.
Please do not send returns to the sender address on your package.
We will provide the correct return address after your claim is approved.

All purchases made during live sales are considered final sale, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Claims for live sale orders must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns for wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
