1. How do I place an order?
You can shop directly through our website or claim items during our live sales. After your claim is confirmed and checkout is complete, you’ll receive order and tracking emails.


2. How long does shipping take?
We ship from both U.S. and International warehouses. Shipping times vary:

Ready-to-Ship (RTS): 5–7 business days

Dropship items: 7–14 business days

Please allow up to 3–5 days for processing


3. Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment using the carrier's tracking site.


4. I placed an order during a live sale, can I cancel or change it?
All Live Sale orders are final once confirmed. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or edits after checkout unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Not final sale or marked as non-returnable

6. What items are non-returnable?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Jewelry & Accessories

Beauty products

Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear

Final sale items, $5 Friday Deals, Grab Bags

Items purchased during live selling events


7. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@swagbagboutique.com within 72 hours with:

Your name & order number

Photos or video of the damaged item

Brief description of the issue

We’ll begin your claim right away.


8. Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been packaged or marked "In Transit," you may cancel with a 10% cancellation fee. Once shipped, your order can no longer be canceled or refunded.


9. Where are you based?
Swag Bag Boutique is proudly U.S. based and family-owned. We ship from both U.S. and overseas partner warehouses depending on the product type.
